I'm Jillian. I'm a dietitian, gardener, home cook, and someone who has learned that life is complicated enough already. I created The Jillian Method because I got tired of seeing people blame themselves for struggling with things that are genuinely hard. Food. Stress. Busy schedules. Life. I believe healthy habits shouldn't feel like a second job.

JACK

And then there is Jack. Official Snack Supervisor. Professional shadow. Part-time emotional support specialist. He's responsible for quality control in the kitchen and reminding me to take breaks. His qualifications are questionable, but his enthusiasm is unmatched. Even if he thinks every snack belongs to him. ❤️
